Job Summary
As a Systems Integration Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the overall integration strategy of our observability platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, AI/ML, and telecom integration—to develop robust interfaces and middleware that connect disparate systems such as core network elements, OSS, and network management systems. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that all components of the platform operate together seamlessly, delivering real-time insights and robust performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Strategy & Architecture
    • Define and implement the overall systems integration architecture and strategy for the observability platform.
    • Design scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions that enable real-time data flow between telecom systems, OSS, and internal platform components.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate middleware, API management solutions, and integration tools to ensure robust connectivity.
  • System Design & Development
    • Develop and oversee the implementation of integration interfaces, data exchange protocols, and communication standards (e.g., RESTful APIs, messaging queues, or service buses).
    • Ensure that data from multiple sources is normalized, enriched, and delivered accurately to downstream systems, including AI/ML pipelines and dashboards.
    • Collaborate with telecom network integration engineers to align integration strategies with network protocols and industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Technical Leadership
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (software, data, AI/ML, telecom) to understand requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Facilitate technical discussions and document integration architectures, data flow processes, and interface specifications.
  • Performance, Security & Compliance
    • Ensure that integration solutions are optimized for performance, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with Security Engineers to integrate security best practices into integration protocols and data exchange mechanisms.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architectures, processes, and interfaces to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions.
    • Lead post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 8–12+ years of professional experience in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or similar roles.
    • Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale integration solutions in data-intensive, real-time environments, preferably within telecom, enterprise software, or AI-driven platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of integration frameworks, middleware, and API management platforms.
    • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) used for developing integration solutions.
    • Experience with RESTful API design, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and service-oriented architectures.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance principles as they apply to system integrations.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex integration projects.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on AI-driven observability platforms or telecom network systems.
  • Prior exposure to integrating systems within regulated industries.
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, or integration technologies.
