Lead Generation Manager to $1500
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Manager to drive outbound lead generation and customer acquisition efforts in international markets (Europe, USA). The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead qualification, and data-driven outreach strategies, particularly in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B lead generation in international markets (Europe, USA).
- Building long-term partnerships and developing strong business relationships.
- Creating and conducting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies (LinkedIn, email, and other prospecting channels).
- Creating email and LinkedIn outreach strategies, hypotheses, and sequences.
- Using various lead generation tools such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Snov.io, etc.
- Conducting research to identify potential clients based on the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Searching for and managing roadshows for sales managers.
- Staying up to date with the latest lead research tools, automation strategies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
Analyzing lead generation performance and suggesting data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or SaaS sector.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and the ability to identify key decision-makers.
- Experience with lead generation and data scraping platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including working with lookup formulas and large datasets.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets without losing quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage research tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience with AI solutions, SaaS, or voice automation technologies is a plus.
