We are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join us and play a key role in our continued success.What You Will Do:
โ๏ธ Client Needs Assessment: Understand clientsโ pain points and evaluate how our services can address their unique requirements.
โ๏ธ You will conduct meetings to showcase our offerings and explore potential collaborations.
โ๏ธ Collaboration with the CEO to align on sales strategies, share insights, and refine our approach.
โ๏ธ CRM Management: Keep our CRM system up to date with detailed, accurate lead information, ensuring effective follow-up and tracking of all opportunities.
What Weโre Looking For:
โ๏ธ At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the software outsourcing or outstaffing industry.
โ๏ธ A demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
โ๏ธ Strong English proficiency (C1+ level) and excellent communication abilities.
โ๏ธ Ukrainian language.
โ๏ธ Solid experience in the B2B sales space with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Personal Skills:โ๏ธ A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
โ๏ธ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
โ๏ธ Analytical thinking and ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Nice to Have:
โ๏ธ Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
โ๏ธ Experience working in small to mid-sized companies.
โ๏ธ Familiarity with fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
