Crm Lead

Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its partner is looking for a CRM Lead.

Job Purpose: Leading customer retention in digital channels, including SMS/Email and Telegram. This role involves developing and implementing a yearly media plan for send outs, creating and maintaining engagement flows, and working with agencies and global teams. Takes full responsibility on communication with customers directly via digital flows and feedback forms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure retention of customers in CRM digital channels.
• Develop a yearly media plan for send outs, ensuring consistency in segment communication.
• Implement the media plan strategy across different channels, including SMS\Email and Telegram.
• Create engagement flows for Telegram to retain users and prevent unsubscribing.
• Maintain existing engagement flows and add new relevant content to keep consumers interested in the channel.
• Work with agencies and the global team to create assets for send outs.
• Communicate with consumers via Telegram bot and respond to possible questions.
• Analyse the effectiveness of digital communication efforts. (OR/CTR…) 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in digital communication and CRM.
• Strong understanding of Telegram and SMS\Email marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse data and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with design platforms (Figma, Canva)
• English Upper Intermediate.
