Media Buyer (in house)

We are seeking a skilled professional for the Media Buyer position. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, be organized and motivated, and we guarantee a pleasant atmosphere with opportunities for growth. Additionally, we offer competitive compensation and exciting bonuses.
What you need to do:
1. Launching and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads.
2. Optimization of campaigns to achieve internal KPIs.
3. Analyzing data through trackers and CRM (e.g. Voluum, Keitaro) and advertising platforms.
4. Working with creatives: testing, tweaking, setting TORs for creation.
5. Regular reporting on key metrics: CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, NGR.
6. Working with applications (Android, iOS, PWA), including the use of rental services.
What hard skills do you need to have:
1. Experience of working as a media barber from 1 year.
2. Experience with LATAM geo.
3. Knowledge of English or Spanish (preferred).
4. Ability to work with large budgets ($10,000+ per month).
5. Willingness to optimize up to 5 offices at a time.
