Media Buyer (Poland)

You will

  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Meta as well as optimizing for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly to ensure the achievement of campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Utilize tools like Facebook Business Manager, Binom, Keitaro etc.
  • Strategize ad placements, budgeting, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and impact.
  • Test to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Achieve assigned unit goals at or below the target cost-per-acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and improvements.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
     

Requirements

  • Have working experience with influencers and webmasters;
  • Have experience in working with India market;
  • Experienced in A/B testing;
  • Experienced in analyzing, optimizing, and scaling traffic sources;
  • Have an understanding of basic metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CR;
  • Know how to create a media plan;
  • Ready to find and implement new advertising formats;
  • Able to cloak, generate connections and hypotheses;
     

Would be a plus:

  • Cases with high ROI;
  • Experience in working with Keitaro, Binom, Voluum;
  • Experience in CPA affiliate programs, creative agencies specializing in the online advertising market;
  • Work with chatbots.
