Media Buying Team Lead

Currently, we are looking for our perfect Media Buying Team Lead to join our team to achieve better results together. 

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of media buyers focused on driving user acquisition and engagement through various advertising channels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our company's marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic acquisition.
• 1 year of experience in the position of Team Lead/Head of Media Buying.
• Successful experience in building and managing a team (recruit, onboard, train, and manage).
• Proficiency in traffic analysis and optimization skills.
• Develop and execute innovative media buying strategies tailored to Tier 1 geographies within the iGaming industry, aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to display, social media, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
• Understanding of basic metrics: conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements.
• Proactivity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• English — Upper Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of your team (setting tasks, monitoring their implementation).
• Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ongoing advertising campaigns.
• Control and analyze the statistics of advertising campaigns.
• Meet KPIs and maintain reports on work progress.
