MLOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer. As an MLOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machine learning models in production. The main focus of this position is .NET development, and prior experience in AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Prompts Engineering will be a significant advantage, as the client aims to strengthen their growing AI team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
• Ensuring scalable and secure deployments using containerization tools like Docker and orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes.
• Building and monitoring model serving infrastructure on Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Creating and managing ETL pipelines and leveraging big data tools for data engineering tasks.
• Establishing robust monitoring and alerting systems for deployed models to ensure reliability and performance.
• Driving security and compliance best practices in ML pipelines.

Main Requirements:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in .NET (C#) and Python, experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• DevOps Expertise: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platforms: Solid knowledge of Azure services (or other cloud platforms).
• Data Engineering: Experience building and managing ETL pipelines and working with big data tools.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Skills in deploying and monitoring ML models in production.
• Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Security and Compliance: Understanding of best practices in security and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in legal tech or similar domains is a plus.
• Familiarity with advanced visualization and reporting tools.
