Description
Broadway Platform is a next-generation iGaming B2B platform revolutionizing the industry with innovative technology. We are building an AI-driven ecosystem across Backoffice, CMS, CRM, and Risk Management to enhance player engagement, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a Head of AI to lead our AI strategy and execution. If you have a strong background in Machine Learning & AI, and a passion for transforming data into cutting-edge solutions, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
โ leadership experience in building and managing AI teams;
โ proven experience in AI/ML leadership roles, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-transaction environments;
โ strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.);
โ experience with AI-powered user segmentation, churn prediction, fraud detection, and recommendation systems;
โ expertise in data engineering, big data processing and cloud platforms;
โ familiarity with real-time data processing and predictive modeling in high-traffic environments;
โ ability to work closely with C-level executives to align AI initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities:
โ build and manage an AI team, hiring top talent in machine learning, data science, and AI engineering;
โ develop and execute the AI strategy across multiple platform verticals: Backoffice, CMS, CRM, and Risk Management;
โ lead AI-driven projects to tackle challenges such as churn prediction, early fraud detection, player behavior analysis, and game recommendations using collaborative filtering;
โ collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI models into platform features;
โ develop scalable AI/ML models, ensuring real-time performance and accuracy;
โ leverage predictive analytics to optimize marketing, retention strategies, and risk management.
