КАППІ — служба доставки власного приготування (dark kitchen) в Одесі: ~50 людей, дві власні кухні, сотні щоденних операційних процесів. Ми активно автоматизуємо рутину за допомогою AI та будуємо власні внутрішні продукти.

Увесь код ми пишемо через AI-інструменти (Claude Code, Codex) — тобі не треба бути сильним програмістом. Треба вміти грамотно поставити задачу AI, прочитати результат і довести його до робочого стану. Шукаємо junior-розробника, який хоче рости в напрямку AI-автоматизації і бачити, як його рішення вже завтра використовує жива команда.

Чим займатимешся:
- Автоматизація внутрішніх процесів компанії: боти, форми, дашборди, інтеграції;
- Розробка внутрішніх інструментів за допомогою AI (vibecoding через Claude Code / Codex);
- Доопрацювання та виправлення коду, згенерованого AI;
- Аналіз ручних процесів і пропозиції, що та як автоматизувати;
- Підтримка стабільної роботи вже зроблених інструментів.

Як влаштована робота:
- Підпорядкування напряму засновнику, без зайвої бюрократії;
- Одна задача в роботі за раз — доводимо до кінця, потім беремо наступну;
- Щоденний короткий апдейт текстом: що зробив / що роблю / де застряг;
- Раз на тиждень — демо зробленого наживо;
- Задача вважається готовою, коли реально працює і команда нею користується.

Що очікуємо:
- Базові навички розробки та бажання працювати через AI-інструменти;
- Вмієш (або швидко навчишся) читати й доводити до ладу AI-згенерований код;
- Самостійність і — головне — стабільна комунікація: на зв'язку щодня, про проблеми кажеш одразу;
- Ініціативність і доведення задач до результату;
- Pet-проєкти чи невеликий досвід — суттєвий плюс. Зовсім без практики буде складно, бо роль передбачає самостійність.

About The Role

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our Sysadmins team in Odesa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our employees, resolving technical issues, and ensuring exceptional service.
 

What You Will Do

• Support Atlassian products:
  • Jira – project setup, permissions, issue tracking.
  • Confluence – maintain team documentation and access rights.
  • Jira Service Management – handle helpdesk tickets and workflows.
• Administer Google Workspace, GitLab, Keeper, Vanta, Aquera, and other services.
• Manage MDM solutions (Iru, Hexnode).
• Communicate solutions clearly to users and update documentation.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to improve processes and share knowledge.
• Ensure security best practices across systems, user access, and company data.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Follow the working schedule of 10:00–19:00 (or 09:00–18:00) UA time 

What You Will Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• B1 or higher English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident PC user with a good understanding of common software applications and operating systems.

We are looking for a Junior Java AQA Engineer to join our team and help build reliable automated tests for modern web products in fintech, AI, telecommunications, and healthcare domains.

This is a great opportunity to grow quickly into a strong automation engineer while working on real projects, real code, and real products under the mentorship of an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated tests for web applications using Java with Playwright and/or Selenium
• Cover key user flows with smoke and regression UI tests
• Perform API testing and backend response validation
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and create clear bug reports
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to improve product quality
• Participate in test case creation and gradually expand test coverage
• Support test stability and assist with debugging activities

Requirements

• Commercial, pet-project, internship, or freelance experience with Java for at least 6 months
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals
• Basic experience or strong interest in test automation

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS with the ability to locate web elements
