Requirements:

• 2+ years as Solution Architect or similar position.
• Experience designing and implementing security controls in a technically diverse environment.

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily logistics and warehouse operations at our Lviv office.
This role involves handling incoming and outgoing equipment shipments, tracking packaging supplies and inventory, maintaining internal documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes, physically moving equipment, and communicating with internal teams.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is comfortable with hands-on tasks and ready to take ownership of operational logistics and warehouse processes.

Superpowers you have:

• 1+ year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or administrative support.
• Ability to manage both physical and digital information effectively.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus).

• English: Pre-Intermediate or higher.

   

You’re a rockstar if you have:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other task/project management tools.
• Familiarity with courier service operations (Nova Poshta, etc.).
• Understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components (e.g., what makes up a PC).

• Receive and ship equipment: interact with couriers, inspect, pack, and prepare documentation.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and cleaning supplies.
• Work with Nova Poshta (Business Cabinet): schedule pickups, track deliveries.
• Support monthly and annual equipment inventory checks.
• Update Jira tasks and maintain internal documentation.
• Physically move equipment as needed; coordinate with the internal teams.

Required skills:
1. Software Engineering education or similar is a MUST
2. Knowledge and understanding of OOP and functional paradigms
3. Basic TypeScript knowledge and basic Knowledge of backend language like Node.js or Python
4. English — Intermediate strong or higher

You are:

QA with experience/knowledge of:

• Having knowledge of the Fundamental Test Process
• Understanding Agile methodology
• Web Applications and specifics of their testing
• Testing techniques
• Preparing test design according to the defined test approach
• Performing defect analysis and writing detailed and helpful defect reports with expected results for resolving defect
• Creating, updating, supporting, and providing the review of requirements, user stories or other documents related to QC activities on a project
• API Testing (will be a plus)
• Upper Intermediate English level

Your responsibilities:

• Participating in all aspects of the QA product lifecycle
• Designing tests
• Preparation of test cases
• Performing root cause analysis on defects in a test environment
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities
• Active participation in Scrum meetings, iteration planning, and feature demos
