There are two labs:

Hardware Solution includes several points of sale(POS), different sensors, readers and cameras, payment terminals, servers, and automatic gates.

The solution supports both USA and Canadian markets. Hello! We are seeking a talented IT Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team and drive the expansion of our client base. If you have a passion for creating successful lead-generation strategies and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Manage lead generation campaigns on the Upwork platform;

- Create and customize compelling cover letters to pitch services to prospects;

- Establishing effective communication with potential clients;

- Understanding and clarification of the client's needs, facilitating sales activities;

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through the website, social media, agency profiles, etc.

- Conduct business correspondence;

- Monitoring, recording, and generating reports for all active clients, including data and statistics maintenance.

Qualifications:

- 0-12 months of experience in a similar role as an IT Lead Generation Specialist or a related position;

- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;

- Experience with Upwork;

- Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms, knowledge of CRM systems, and Google Workspace;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients;

- Good skills in writing custom cover letters.
