5+ years of experience in HW architecture, design and development;

Ability to describe, justify and document HW solutions and circuits;
Experience in power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, etc);
Experience in battery development of battery powered electronics, battery life simulations;

- Find and recruit top affiliates and publishers in relevant niches
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key affiliates and networks
- Set and manage revenue growth goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and profit targets
- Negotiate various payout models with affiliates, such as CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models
- Consult with affiliates regularly to help them optimize their performance and promote additional products/ services
- Research and analyze industry trends and opportunities
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Analyze reports and feedback to improve strategies and campaigns

YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
- English fluency is a must
- 3+ years of prior experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Singular, and Adjust is a MUST
- Experience with SaaS platforms like Affise, Everflow, Swaarm, etc., is a MUST
- In-depth understanding of metrics, KPIs, optimizations, and macros/parameters
- Proficient in campaign setup, tracking URLs, and integrations (API / S2S)
- Solid knowledge of CTA (Click-through Attribution) and VTA (View-through Attribution) concepts
- Familiarity with CTV, OneLinks, and Agency Handshakes is a plus
- Comfortable working with p360, raw data reports, and understanding ROI/ROAS
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, particularly in affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising
- Knowledge of the difference between VTA and impressions-only passing
- Highly organized and exceptional time management
