The opportunity

We're looking for a People Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve our global People Operations function.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you'll own our HR Operations infrastructure, ensuring our employee lifecycle, HR systems, and operational processes remain scalable, compliant and employee-focused as the company continues to grow.

HRIS ownership & automation

The opportunity

You'll join a collaborative engineering team building and maintaining LoopMe's suite of self-serve advertising platforms, including our Supply, Exchange, and User Management products. Working across the full stack — Java 25 and Spring Boot on the backend, Angular 21 on the frontend — you'll design APIs and ship UI features used by international clients worldwide.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain backend services and GraphQL/REST APIs powering LoopMe's Supply, Exchange, and User Management platforms
• Develop frontend dashboard solutions in Angular based on newly designed APIs
• Partner with Product Managers to discover, define, and deliver new features for dashboard applications
• Research and evaluate new technologies — including AI-based features — to address evolving business challenges
• Drive improvements to development processes and propose solutions to complex technical problems
• Own unit testing on both frontend and backend to maintain high code quality standards

What you'll bring

Essential:

• 2+ years of commercial frontend development experience, with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• 2+ years of commercial backend development experience, with Java
• Experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and REST API design
• Basic experience with a cloud platform such as GCP or AWS

Nice to have:

• Experience with E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress
• Familiarity with GraphQL on the consumer or provider side
• Experience with gRPC
• English at B2 level or above

Ми шукаємо Product Manager, який стане першим і головним голосом мерчанта всередині VARUS. Твій вплив складно переоцінити: твої рішення визначають як мерчанти потрапляють на платформу, як вони працюють з нею щодня, і зрештою — чи залишаться.

Твої задачі:

• Формувати продуктове бачення merchant side: онбординг, кабінет мерчанта, модерація товарів, логістичні сценарії, фінансові розрахунки.
• Досліджувати ринок, конкурентів та потреби мерчантів — формулювати гіпотези і перевіряти їх.
• Будувати та пріоритизувати roadmap, приймати trade-off рішення на основі бізнес-цілей, тримати фокус на найважливішому.
• Знаходити баланс між потребами мерчанта, інтересами стейкхолдерів та технічними обмеженнями.
• Мінімізувати тертя для мерчантів: від першого контакту і до тривалої продуктивної співпраці.
• Визначати метрики успіху для кожної фічі, відстежувати результати після запуску і коригувати курс на основі даних.
• Формувати вимоги для команди розробки — від problem statement до acceptance criteria.

• 3+ роки досвіду як Product Manager або Product Owner — з підтвердженим треком запущених продуктів
• Думаєш і будуєш від клієнта
• Пріоритизуєш на основі бізнес-цілей та метрик, а не того хто гучніше просить
• Вмієш ідентифікувати кореневі причини, перетворювати складні проблеми на прості рішення та задачі
