    About Scalepunk

At Scalepunk, we don’t just build brands — we engineer them for unstoppable growth.

Specializing in customer acquisition across competitive verticals — with a strong focus on finance — we combine data-driven strategies with in-house technology to deliver high-converting leads and scalable results.

Over the past decade, we have:

    • Facilitated over €1 billion in loan applications
    • Acquired more than 2.5 million customers per year for our clients
    • Launched 10+ successful external products
    • Built 5 proprietary marketing platforms powering our day-to-day performance

We are a team of 60+ specialists driven by innovation, ownership, and results — and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Email Marketing Team Lead to take full ownership of our high-volume email and CRM operations.

This is not a purely managerial role — we’re looking for someone who can own the entire email performance chain, from strategy to hands-on execution: build, send, troubleshoot, scale. You’ll lead a small team and drive high-volume campaigns (20M+ emails/month) in the financial vertical, with a clear focus on growth, inbox placement, and engagement.

In addition to campaign ownership, you'll be directly responsible for designing and scaling the underlying infrastructure — ensuring reliable delivery, bypassing modern spam filters, and continuously improving our deliverability and open rate performance.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email, SMS, and voicebot campaigns.
    • Responsible for getting campaigns to inbox
    • Responsible for performance growth across key metrics (deliverability ratio, open rate, CTR, conversion).
    • Implement systems and tactics to avoid spam filters and preserve sender reputation.
    • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for high-volume sending — including ESP configuration, IP/domain pools, SMTP setup, routing logic, and load distribution.
    • Personally oversee and contribute to sending 20M+ emails/month, with strong focus on inbox placement and deliverability.
    • Resolve deliverability issues, optimize sender reputation, manage DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up plans, and inbox monitoring.
    • Lead and mentor a small team of email/CRM specialists.
    • Design and implement segmented, automated customer journeys and conversion-driven drip campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaign performance.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; act quickly to resolve issues and optimize results.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
    • Stay ahead of industry best practices and introduce new tools, tactics, and frameworks to the team.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in high-volume email/CRM marketing.
    • Background in high-risk verticals (e.g. finance, iGaming, dating, adult, etc.) with strong understanding of inboxing challenges.
    • Proven experience with millions of email sends per month and ability to scale further.
    • Experience building or optimizing infrastructure to bypass spam filters and ensure inbox delivery.
    • Strong understanding of infrastructure design for high-scale email sending: ESPs (SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.), IP warm-up, domain pools, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), feedback loops.
    • Deep knowledge of email deliverability: DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warm-up, bounce/error handling, inbox testing, blacklist monitoring.
    • Proficiency with tools like SendGrid, AWS SES, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar.
    • Strong skills in segmentation, automation, and performance-driven campaign design.
    • Ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
    • Confident in writing and reviewing compelling, persuasive email content.
    • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and leading a small team.
    • English at B2+ level for internal communication.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation flows.
    • Experience with voicebot or SMS campaigns.
    • Additional languages or experience running campaigns in multiple markets.

    What We Offer

    • Competitive salary + performance based bonuses
    • 25 days of vacation + 3 sick days
    • Flat and trust-based culture — no micromanagement, real autonomy
    • English/Czech language classes, if needed
    • Modern office in Prague (Karlín) or remote flexibility within EU

    🚀AIMPROSOFT — .NET Developer (C# / F# ) Opportunity!

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is expanding its staff and is looking to hire a .NET Developer on a contract basis                              ( up to 12 months) to work on a strategic project for a European market client.

    🎯About the client & role:

The client is a London-based fintech on a mission to empower corporate finance teams with institutional-grade tools for FX analytics, risk management, execution, and cross-border payments. Their self-service SaaS platform brings transparency, control, and cost-efficiency to foreign exchange processes—capabilities traditionally reserved for large banks and hedge funds. The client emphasizes a tech-first, data-driven approach, without offering financial advice.

    ✅What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and maintain high-performance .NET-based solutions with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, and security
    • Build RESTful APIs, work with CI/CD pipelines, and apply TDD
    • Implement modern architecture patterns (Ports & Adapters, Clean Architecture, Pub/Sub)
    • Collaborate closely with the team: perform code reviews, mentor peers, and promote best practices
    • Work with SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures), Azure, and RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus

We pay special attention to new features delivered in new versions of .NET.
    • Web & API Frameworks: ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs, gRPC.
Special requirements include understanding middleware, dependency injection (DI), proper lifecycle management, and best practices for designing RESTful services.
    • English level — Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)
    • Proven experience in backend development with a focus on architecture, performance, and security
    • Building RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing (TDD) (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Moq, NSubstitute, FakeItEasy, AutoFixture, Bogus, BenchmarkDotNet, NBomber. Know and use testing not just to get a good number of code coverage, but to write tests that actually catch bugs. Have in-depth knowledge of scenarios working with mocking libraries.)
    • Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and Ports & Adapters architecture
    • SQL Server: query optimization, Entity Framework, stored procedures (SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Redis. The solution heavily relies on SQL Server, so we expect you to know advanced concepts like isolation levels of transactions, cancellation tokens (CTS), stored procedures, views, query analysis, execution plans, optimizations, internals of indexing, partitioning, and collations.)
    • Code quality and reviews: Strong advocate for clean code principles, with extensive experience in conducting code reviews and driving best practices across the development team.

    📌Nice to have:

    • Experience with Angular / TypeScript

    💼What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary that appreciates your skills and experience
    • Cozy atmosphere and modern approaches. We have neither bureaucracy nor strict management nor “working under pressure” conditions
    • Opportunity to implement your ideas, tools, and approaches. We are open to changes and suggestions aimed at improvement
