We are working on a platform, which receives data about securities and prices from various data providers, enrich and validate it, and finally distribute the consolidated data to internal bank systems. Our team is responsible for different web applications, desktop applications, web services and Linux environments that allow to visualize securities and to execute workflows on them.

Our components are created in Java 8-11, C# and .Net, JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular, Oracle, Spring 4-5 (as well as Spring Boot).

Responsibilities

Develop business and technical features for old and new applications

Prototype Ideas (we have many internal technical projects, we plan to rewrite all our legacy components in 1-2 years in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, we play with Kotlin and Groovy)

Configure and maintain Windows and Linux environments (we own many environments, install agents and software, patch, monitor, etc)

Integrate our components with different internal and external client's systems

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Application servers (Tomcat, Weblogic)

Monitor applications, processes, scheduled jobs, collect different types of logs and metrics (ELK, ITRS, Autosys)

Setup and improve CI/CD (Jenkins, TeamCity, IBM Urban Deploy, Bash)

Automate routine with scripting languages (Groovy, Bash)

Write all types of tests: unit, integration, end-to-end

Design distributed applications (we deploy everything on more than one server, use load balancing and clusters, prefer lightweight and stateless solutions, extract functionality into small services, switch from monolith to microservice architecture)

Skills

Must have

Strong Java SE and Java EE with at least 10 years of commercial experience

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will play a key role in supporting our partner’s clients, driving adoption of their solutions, and helping them achieve long-term success.
Working hours — 09:00 – 17:00 GMT (Monday–Friday). 

Your future responsibilities include:

• Respond to client requests via email, tickets, calls, and video sessions,
• Support onboarding, setup, configurations, and scans,
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the product team,
• Communicate with clients through email, video calls, and Slack,
• Monitor client health and provide proactive support,
• Create and update documentation, SOPs, and internal guides,
• Run check-ins, collect NPS/feedback, and maintain regular communication.

Needed experience & skills:

• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages (Polish, Spanish, Nordic) are a plus,
• Technical knowledge in Windows and Linux is required,
• 2+ years in Technical Support preferred, but related experience is also accepted,

The project is a trading and position platform implementation for commodity products. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on several type of commodity products and learn a new trading platform.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka to support the Azure native interfaces around the clients new Orchestrade deployment, which DXC Luxoft are running as SaaS. You will work closely with data engineers, architects, and business teams to support and continuously improve and optimize data pipelines, real-time data streaming, and cloud-based analytics solutions.

You will run the SaaS and Data Layer support team responsible for maintaining the client environments of the new trading platform.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Lead will be responsible for:

Managing the day to day operation of the Orchestrade SaaS solution and DXC Luxoft developed Azure interfaces

Management reporting and governance with the client

Providing energy trading SME knowledge and mentoring the broader support team

Participate in application support and resolving customer issues

Hands on development and remediation of issues with the interfaces

Managing escalations to L3 support either from Microsoft or Orchestrade where underlying technology products are the source of outages
