We are currently looking for a talented SMS Manager who will be responsible for strategizing, implementing and optimizing SMS campaigns to increase engagement, retention and lifetime value within our CRM programs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SMS marketing; experience with the US market is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with SMS platforms.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, journey planning, and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with shortcodes and longcodes, including compliance knowledge.
- Solid understanding of SMS regulations and proactive compliance management.
- Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Background in customer engagement, loyalty programs, or referral marketing.
- Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce or startups).
Key Responsibilities:
- SMS Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute high-volume SMS marketing campaigns aligned with CRM goals.
- Create personalized, data-driven SMS content using customer segmentation.
- Manage shortcodes and longcodes in compliance with campaign and regulatory needs. - Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor SMS campaign performance (CTR, engagement, conversions).
- Run A/B tests to optimize message content, timing, and targeting.
- Collaborate with analytics to integrate SMS results into CRM performance reporting. - Cross-Channel Coordination:
- Coordinate SMS with email and other direct marketing channels.
- Integrate SMS into customer journeys to boost engagement and LTV. - Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all SMS activity complies with GDPR, TCPA, and industry standards.
- Manage shortcode/longcode acquisition and compliance.
- Stay informed on SMS marketing trends and competitive practices.
