SMM Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused strategy : Increase visibility and engagement among target audiences: CISOs, IT directors, security engineers. Plan content pillars and series (threat analytics, product updates, case studies, expert interviews).
  • Produce high-quality, expert-driven content: Collaborate with in-house experts.Translate complex topics into valuable, accessible LinkedIn posts. Support the personal branding of key company voices.
  • Grow reach and engagement: Optimize for LinkedIn’s algorithm: format, timing, CTAs. Test various formats: carousels, video, thought leadership posts, and polls. Engage with industry influencers and potential brand ambassadors.
  • Track and improve performance metrics : Weekly/monthly analysis of reach, engagement rate, CTR, and lead generation.Implement quick improvements based on insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams: Align on campaign topics, product releases, and key messages. Support integrated campaigns around feature launches, events, and partnerships.
     

Must qualify:

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT domain as an SMM Specialist;
  • English — upper intermediate +;
  • Experience with the US and European markets;
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora;
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field

 

Nice to have: 

  • Proven track record of successful campaigns for Quora and Reddit;
  • Experience in cybersecurity
