    What You’ll Do

    β€’ Monitor new job posts on Upwork using our filters
    β€’ Identify relevant projects based on budget, niche, and fit
    β€’ Write and send personalized proposals
    β€’ Communicate with clients in Upwork chat after they respond
    β€’ Qualify leads and clarify project scope and goals

    β€’ Choose the right company profile and case studies for each opportunity
    β€’ Maintain an active and organized pipeline in CRM / Google Sheets

    Help grow Exibeat, a new electronic music platform from 0 to 1. At Exibeat, you’ll experiment fast, build community, and drive organic growth alongside a small, passionate team.
     

    Exibeat is a marketplace for electronic music discovery and exchange. We launched our invite-only beta in Dec 2025 and have already onboarded 1,300+ members. Our team consists of 6 members in product, design, marketing, and engineering.


    You’ll lead early growth at Exibeat through experiments, content, outreach, and community building. This is a hands-on role focused on creating impact with limited resources using smart, community-led, guerrilla-style tactics.

     

    What you’ll do:

    β€’ Run daily/weekly organic growth experiments

    β€’ Create and execute SMM IG content (2-3posts/week)

    β€’ Do cold outreach via Instagram and email (1k users/month)

    β€’ Build an actively engaged Exibeat community (set targets)

    β€’ Collaborate on onboarding, comms, and support requests

    β€’ Track and analyze engagement, retention, and growth


    Key goals: channel growth, user acquisition, activation, and retention.

    • Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes alongside the system architect and development team.
