Web-Analyst в нашій команді буде займатися наступними завданнями:
● Побудовою і підтримкою роботи атрибуцій для кожного проєкту (3-5), зокрема багаторівневої атрибуції на BigQuery;
● Візуалізацією звітів щодо атрибуції та інших маркетингових потреб в Looker Studio;
● Підтримкою коректного збору інформації на сайтах і додатках кожного проєкту з GA4, Firebase, GTM;
● Обробкою і аналізом даних, пошуком можливостей для маркетингу за запитом маркетолога;
● Пошуком можливих багів в роботі аналітики сайтів, додатків, лендінгів;
● Зменшенням долі діректа в атрибуції проєктів;
● Підтримкою інтеграції інструментів для мобільних додатків (AppsFlyer та інші);
● Підтримкою інтеграції інструментів CPA Traffic (Scaleo, Affise та самописних систем);
● Допомогою в передачі даних з бекенду, на бекенд або проміжні системи (ТЗ, супровід);
● Аналізом коректності роботи CPA систем;
● Оцінкою, пошуком помилок і допомогою з їхнім усуненням, постановкою задач на IT для підтримки системи CPA трафіку в актуальному стані;
● Консультацією IT щодо SKAdNetwork, Facebook SDK тощо;
● Допомогою з аналізом каналів на запити маркетологів.

Фільтром для цієї позиції буде:
● Досвід роботи від 2 років;

Ваш  майбутній функціонал:

• відповідати за план залучення нових клієнтів у цифрові канали та банківські продукти;
• управляти performance-каналами залучення: paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, app acquisition, partnerships;
• розвивати referral- та partner-led acquisition механіки;
• керувати воронкою залучення від першого контакту до активації клієнта;
• спільно з продуктовими командами покращувати digital onboarding, KYC-flow, форми заявки, product landing pages та activation journey;
• аналізувати ефективність каналів та кампаній за метриками CAC, CPA, conversion rate, activation rate, payback, LTV;
• забезпечувати якість залучених клієнтів, а не лише обсяг;
• формувати та пріоритизувати backlog growth-гіпотез і A/B тестів;
• планувати та контролювати acquisition budget;
• управляти внутрішньою командою та зовнішніми підрядниками / агентствами;
• будувати регулярну звітність для management team;
• забезпечувати відповідність маркетингових активностей вимогам compliance, legal, risk та privacy policy;
• тісно взаємодіяти з напрямами Product, CRM, Brand, Sales, Analytics, Risk, Compliance та IT.

Буде перевагою:

• досвід залучення клієнтів у mobile app;

• 2+ роки досвіду на керівній ролі;
• досвід роботи у банку, fintech, insurtech, telco, e-commerce або digital business з великими acquisition funnels;
• практичний досвід управління paid acquisition channels та маркетинговими бюджетами;
• сильне розуміння performance marketing, attribution, analytics та growth funnels;
• досвід оптимізації воронок: landing > application > verification > activation;
• впевнене володіння продуктовою та маркетинговою аналітикою;
• досвід роботи з A/B тестуванням, growth experimentation, cohort analysis;
• розуміння unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, payback period;
• досвід кросфункціональної взаємодії з продуктом, аналітикою, CRM, sales та tech-командами;
