    Key Responsibilities

    🔸 Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of 7-9 designers, helping them grow in their skills and reach their professional goals.

    🔸 Feedback & Quality Assurance: Provide actionable feedback to your team and ensure that designs meet the highest standards before presenting them to clients.

    🔹 Training & Development: Plan and facilitate training programs for the design team to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

    🔹 Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve design processes to increase efficiency and quality.

    🔹 Decision Making: Be the final authority on design decisions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.

    Requirements

    🔹 3+ years of experience in design

    🔹 Strong communication and presentation skills

    🔹 Excellent decision-making abilities and accountability for project outcomes

    🔹 Expertise in design tools and design systems, with an ability to improve existing processes

    🔹 Experience working in agile/scrum teams is a plus

    🔹 Advanced English (both written and spoken)
