We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor for long-term remote cooperation on DareBay, a platform focused on contests, challenges, and viral short-form content.

Your main task will be editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for social media growth, content testing, and audience engagement.

We need someone who understands fast-paced short-form editing, strong hooks, clean captions, good timing, and how to make videos more engaging and watchable.

This is a good fit for someone who:

• is comfortable with feedback and revisions

What you will do:

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Add captions, sound effects, music, zooms, cuts, and simple motion elements
• Improve pacing, retention, and hook quality
• Create multiple versions of the same video when needed
• Follow brand/style references and adapt quickly

Requirements:

• Experience in editing short-form social media videos
• Good sense of pacing, memes, internet culture, and viral style
• Ability to deliver on time
• Good communication
• English level sufficient for understanding tasks and feedback

Nice to have:

• Experience with creators, startups, or viral content pages
• Basic thumbnail/design skills
• Experience with AI tools for editing/subtitles/workflow improvement
