Experience:
- 3+ years in accounting or financial control roles.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce is a plus
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher level (able to handle business correspondence and discussions)
- Finance tools: Experience with financial reporting systems and payment platforms is a plus. Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of cash flow management, working capital components (AR/AP), and financial risk mitigation.
- Ability to communicate with banks, auditors, and service providers independently.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage and control cash flow across bank accounts and payment systems for regulated legal entities.
• Ensure timely availability of funds for operational needs and supplier payments.
• Monitor and support the month-end closing process.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and provide performance analytics to the operations team.
• Communicate with the operations team regarding financial reporting, results, and budgeting matters.
• Coordinate and support KYC procedures initiated by banks and payment platforms.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely collections.
• Participate in operational reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
