    Hard Skills:

    • 1+ year of сommercial experience as a UI/UX Designer in a company.
    • Portfolio on Behance or Dribbble.
    • PRO-level of Figma proficiency (auto layouts, components, styles, variables).
    • Experience with design systems (creating new ones or interacting with existing ones).
    • Prototyping of complex flows and iterations between them.
    • Ability to prepare a design for layout (description of flows, interests, logic).
    • Experience in market and competitor research.
    • Understanding of design trends.
    • Experience in communicating with customers.
    • English B2+.

    Soft Skills:

    • Ability to present and argue your ideas to the team and clients.
    • Multitasking and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and plan your time.
    • Speed work and proactivity.

    • Experience with graphic design.
    • Knowledge and experience with 3D and motion design.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.


    Duties & Responsibilities 💼

    • Use Figma to create modern, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs.
    • Create and use design systems.
    • Create interactive prototypes.
    • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers.
    • Prepare designs for layout.
    • Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends and bring fresh ideas to projects.
    • Conduct market and competitor research for fresh ideas.
    • Present your designs to the team and clients.
