    As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in their ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.

     

    This role is for someone who wants to have maximum impact on the product, traffic, and business while shaping the vision, strategy, and processes from scratch.

     

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Full cycle of working on marketing funnels: from idea and research to launch and analysis.
    • Generating product hypotheses, testing them (A/B), and validating through data.
    • Analyzing data and identifying growth opportunities at all stages of the funnel.
    • Building upsell and cross-sell systems.
    • Studying competitors and the market, as well as conducting user interviews.
    • Creating marketing messages that resonate and reflect the value of the product.
    • If you're interested in working with email marketing — great, there will be an opportunity to work on this area.
    • Collaborating with product, marketing, design, and dev teams.

     

    We are looking for you if:

    • You have experience as a Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager / Growth / UA Manager (1+ year), or have worked in consulting/Big4/FMCG.
    • You are confident working with analytics, understand funnels, numbers, and the impact of metrics on business, and have experience working with Amplitude.
    • You can research users, segment audiences, and test value propositions.
    • You can see the product from the customer’s perspective while simultaneously analyzing it through data and tables.
    • You are proactive, eager to build rather than just "close tasks."
    • You think in a data-driven way and are not afraid of responsibility.
    • You have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English — we work in the global market.
    • Most importantly, you have an open mindset because the product and niche require understanding new trends, a non-standard approach, and comfort working with unconventional topics.

    We expect:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Data Cloud (formerly Customer 360 Audiences/CDP).
    • Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including identity stitching and ingestion pipelines.
    • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with Snowflake, especially using Private Connect and Zero Copy for cost-effective architecture.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise data architecture.
    • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security practices at an enterprise level.
    • Excellent communication skills — able to explain architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Practical experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Streams, Calculated Insights, Data Bundles, and Activation Targets.

    We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Consultant to help us level up the infrastructure behind our CRM Platform Ecosystem. This is a part-time contract role focused on Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and monitoring & alerting improvements.

    You’ll work directly with the CTO and backend teams to establish production-grade reliability, automation, and visibility standards for a fast-scaling, modular CRM platform.

     

    Key Responsibilities
    • Refactor and implement Terraform-based infrastructure for AWS (or cloud provider of choice).
    • Redesign and optimize our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI or other), improving speed, reliability, and rollback capabilities.
    • Set up and fine-tune monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, etc.).
    • Define and implement alerting systems based on SLOs/SLIs using best practices (e.g., on-call playbooks, alert routing).
