Основні завдання:

• Моніторинг ІТ-інфраструктури.
• Вирішення проблем в ІТ-інфраструктурі.

• Технічна підтримка користувача (робочі місця + віддалено).

   

Від кандидата ми очікуємо:

• Базові знання AD, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, GPO, віртуалізація, DNS.
• Уміння виявити та діагностувати помилку в ІТ-інфраструктурі.
• Поняття взаємозв'язку окремих елементів інфраструктури та вплив цих елементів на роботу інфраструктури в цілому.
• Налаштування комутаторів та маршрутизаторів.
• Технічна англійська (достатня для вивчення документації).

Софтскіли:

• Бажання навчатись та постійне оновлення знань (необхідно бути «keep on touch» з технологіями і трендами).
• Грамотність та чіткість у висловлюванні думки.
• Ініціативність та самодостатність (здатність не тільки бути самостійним у прийнятті рішень, але і бажання в постійному поліпшенні Сервісів, які надаються Замовнику).
• Педантичність (акуратність та уважність до деталей).
