At EXMO, we’re building a future where crypto is accessible to everyone — and that includes keeping our internal systems secure and efficient. We’re currently looking for a System Administrator to help support and maintain our Windows-based infrastructure on a flexible, part-time basis.  

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Set up and maintain Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Terminal Services, etc.)
• Manage GPOs, user accounts, access rights, and SSO via ADFS
• Handle patching, backups, and 2FA login setup (e.g., Protectimus)
• Support and deploy Windows-based tools (e.g., ADSelfServicePlus)
• Integrate third-party services with Active Directory 
   
  👤 Who we’re looking for:
• Solid hands-on experience in Windows Server administration
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, GPO, SSO, and backup solutions
• Familiarity with tools like ADSelfServicePlus or similar
• Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive access with full responsibility
• Availability of 2–6 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Intermediate level of English 

• Experience with Protectimus, 2FA tools, or similar authentication systems
• Prior freelance or remote work experience in a security-sensitive environment

Очікування від кандидата:

• Досвід роботи років на аналогічній посаді (можливий варіант без досвіду).
• Досвід підтримки офісного обладнання (комп’ютери, смартфони, принтери та інше).
• Знання операційних систем MacOS та Ubuntu.
• Розуміння принципів роботи мережевого обладнання.

Перевагою буде:

• Розуміння роботи Active Directory, DHCP, термінальних сервісів.
• Ubuntu на рівні адміністратора, досвід з Canonical Landscape або іншими UEM рішеннями
• Знання систем віртуалізації (Proxmox, VMware).
• Досвід налаштування мережевого обладнання L2/L3.
• Досвід моніторингу корпоративної інфраструктури (Zabbix, Grafana).

Основні обов’язки:

• Організація та налаштування робочих місць співробітників, включаючи встановлення необхідного обладнання (ноутбуки, комп’ютери, принтери, БФП).
• Технічна підтримка користувачів у питаннях роботи з MacOS та Ubuntu.
• Контроль та облік ІТ-обладнання, інвентаризація техніки.
• Моніторинг та забезпечення стабільної роботи офісних систем.
• Встановлення та обслуговування серверної інфраструктури, мережевого обладнання та програмного забезпечення.
