About the Role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team to build and support scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in accelerating software delivery through automation, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and developing internal tooling that empowers developers across the organization.
In this role, you’ll work closely with software engineers, SREs, and security partners to streamline operations, reduce deployment friction, and improve system observability. You’ll help evolve our infrastructure as code practices, manage cloud resources, and contribute to scaling a robust and efficient developer platform.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a portfolio of high-value VIP clients.
• Build and maintain long-term, personalized relationships with key players.
• Engage regularly with clients via email, messengers, and other channels.
• Enhance player retention and loyalty through tailored service.
• Monitor client activity for “red flags” and intervene proactively.
• Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1+ year of experience as a VIP, Retention, or Account Manager in iGaming.
• Deep understanding of VIP player psychology and lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and player segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to form hypotheses from behavioral data.
• Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken, used daily in work.
• Solid knowledge of sports betting (bet types, odds, live betting, key sports).

Who We Are Looking For:

An ambitious, driven, and energetic individual with a passion for sales and technology. Someone who is ready to take on challenges, work in a fast-paced environment, and close deals in the IoT and Cloud industries.

Responsibilities:

- Identifies, qualifies, and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums (email, phone, trade shows, inbound website leads, and more).

 - Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) within CRM tool.

 - Responds to inquiries via email, LinkedIn, other social networks.

 - Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills.

 - Qualifying potential opportunities and scheduling initial product presentations between prospects and our sales team.

 - Over time, Sales Manager will also be conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers and will develop into a product expert.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1+ year in sales (preferably in an international market, outside Ukraine)

 - Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial, engineering, or IT-related fields

 - Skills:

• Basic understanding of IoT, Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage technical implementation or transformation programs
• Familiarity with modern cloud architectures
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and seminars
