Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Specification: Define and align detailed functional specs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Project Delivery & Management: Set up and run the Jira project; manage timelines, risks, and resources.
• QA Coordination: Plan and oversee all testing activities using workflows.
• Integration Oversight:
  • Import from NetSuite to HubSpot Deals: sales & purchase amounts, margins, payment dates, account managers
  • Configure HubSpot Goals for margin, sales, POCs, and presentations with vendor, country, employee, and region dimensions
  • Build QBR reports and pipeline analytics for new vs. existing business and all engagement types (email, webinars, vendor meetings)
• Marketing Spend Management: Import marketing expenses from NetSuite as HubSpot Campaigns; attribute by vendor, country, and channel; deliver ROI reports.
• Incentive Schemes: Design and deploy bonus calculations for sales, engineering, and marketing teams based on margin and POC results.
• Compensation & Profit Reporting: Import salaries, travel expenses, and bonuses; calculate gross profit by vendor, country, and department with access controls.
• AI Initiatives:
  • Develop an AI-driven Account Plan for deal prediction and auto-generated, localized proposals
  • Implement AI analytics to pinpoint performance gaps (people vs. vendors)
  • Integrate Pitch Avatar for interactive, voice-enabled performance reviews and coaching

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT project management experience (B2B, CRM/ERP integrations)
• Expert in Jira (workflows, dashboards)
• Practical AWS experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and PHP development basics
• Proven QA planning and delivery management
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and PoC delivery

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with current affiliate partners, focusing on CPA-based campaigns

Proactively recruit new affiliates  working on CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models etc.

Attract partners using key traffic sources such as Facebook, PPC, UAC, ASO, influencers, bloggers, tipsters, etc

Oversee campaign performance through affiliate software, CRM tools, and trackers

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the gambling or betting industry
