    What you will do:

    • Uncover new opportunities for the creation, implementation, and launch of AI-based initiatives that support Engagement, Growth, and other strategic company directions and goals.
    • Develop and improve the existing ML-based recommendation system.
    • Work on research and innovative projects.
       

    What you need to join us:

    • High proficiency in Python.
    • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their mathematical foundations.
    • Experience with scientific Python tools (scikit-learn/pandas/numpy).
    • Experience with ML frameworks (Tensorflow/Torch, transformers).
    • Ability to conduct in-depth research, including reviewing academic literature and exploring open-source ML projects.
    • Experience with Git, Docker, Linux.
    • Alignment with our team's values (SELECT).
       

    A plus if you have:

    • Experience with recommendation systems.
    • Experience in software engineering.
    • Understanding of software architecture, ML system design principles, and the full development lifecycle.
    • Experience with SQL/NoSQL (BigQuery, Firestore).
    • Experience with LLMs (agents, RAG, OpenAI API, LangChain).
    • Experience with embeddings and vector databases.
    • Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud Platform).
    • Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with Terraform.
