Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator to $1500

About the Role:

We’re seeking a versatile Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Director and broader team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role that blends executive assistance, marketing coordination, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create internal and external presentations, product sheets, and sales collateral
  • Support the Sales Director with administrative duties (e.g., customer returns, timesheet collection)
  • Liaise with the sales team to gather updates, feedback, and progress on key tasks
  • Assist with day-to-day CRM system maintenance
  • Conduct market research and schedule appointments with vendors and partners
  • Help draft and standardize SOPs in collaboration with management

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate communication with overseas teams
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or creative support roles

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Remote position
  • Must overlap 4 hours per day with U.S. West Coast (PST) time zone
  • Flexibility for self-managed work outside those hours

Compensation:

  • $800 – $1,500/month, depending on experience
  • Negotiable for exceptional candidates
