Engineering Manager - Responsibilities

Responsibilities

— Manage multiple web/mobile projects (typically 1–2 core projects plus occasional outstaff engagements)

— Communicate with clients (calls, syncs, status updates, workshops)

— Coordinate the team (developers, QA, designers) and keep everyone aligned on priorities and scope

— Gather and clarify requirements with clients, think through feature logic together with the team, and document it clearly (user stories, specs, tasks)

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify project needs. Architect and design technical solutions tailored to meet the project's requirements. Ensure that the designed solution integrates seamlessly with existing systems and platforms.
• Technical Consulting – Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, project managers, and other non-technical stakeholders.
