🎯 Job Description

As a Newsletter Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the engine room of publishing. Your role is to manage the end-to-end process of getting newsletters live: uploading content, formatting posts, curating advertising content, and double-checking everything before it goes out.

You’ll work closely with the Content Talent Manager (who ensures content delivery) and the Digital Infrastructure Operator (who sets up accounts/domains). Together, you’ll make sure our large portfolio of newsletters scales seamlessly.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Content Publishing

• Upload and format articles/posts into newsletter platforms.
• Double-check links, images, and text for errors before publishing.

Curation of Advertising Content

• Select advertising content that matches the newsletter’s audience and theme.
• Ensure ads are integrated naturally within the layout and tone.
• Balance editorial and promotional content to maintain reader trust.
• Coordinate with advertisers or internal teams to source approved materials.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Content Talent Manager to ensure content is ready.
• Work with the Digital Infrastructure Operator to verify account setup.
• Provide weekly updates on newsletters handled, and basic performance.

📌 Requirements

• Experience in content publishing, email marketing, or digital operations.
• Strong AI skills for generating and adapting advertising content.
• Strong organizational skills - able to manage 15–20+ newsletters simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail (QA mindset - catches typos, formatting errors, broken links).
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with newsletter/email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, ConvertKit, etc.).
• High level of English (B2—C1) - must be able to work with content in English.
