Playable Ads Operations Manager $$$$ Offline

About The Role
The Playable Ads Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of our Tech Art
and HTML5 development workflows, ensuring flawless delivery of high-quality interactive
mobile game ads. This role focuses on task orchestration, QA excellence, and operational
efficiency, supporting a growing team responsible for 100+ asset and development tasks each
week.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative technology, development, and product teams to ensure
that every playable meets performance standards, client expectations, and delivery deadlines.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership in digital production, a passion for
technology-driven creativity, and the ability to empower teams to perform at their highest

Key Responsibilities
● Operational Leadership – Manage daily workflows of Tech Art and HTML5 dev teams
to ensure timely, high-quality output.
● Capacity & Resource Planning – Prioritize work across 100+ weekly tasks, balancing
team capabilities with urgent delivery needs.Responsible for the overall daily, weekly,
and monthly operations of the squad, including planning and leading team syncs,
maintaining productive workflows, and ensuring the team stays aligned with goals and
priorities.
● Workflow Optimization – Improve pipelines, documentation, automation, and handoffs
across teams.
● Cross-Team Coordination – Work with Product, Customer Success, and R&D to align
deliverables with evolving client and platform requirements.
● Performance Metrics – Track KPIs such as Last Mile success rate, QA pass rate,
delivery quality, production velocity.
● Issue Resolution – Identify bottlenecks early, escalate risks, and lead solutions to
maintain delivery predictability.

● Team Enablement – Ensure designers, tech artists, auditors, and developers always
have assets, information, tools, and clear priorities.
● Milestone Ownership – Maintain visibility on status across multiple simultaneous
playables and ensure on-time launches.
● Stakeholder Communication – Provide structured updates internally and externally
where needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills
● 2+ years in digital production management, ideally in playable ads, mobile gaming,
or creative tech.
● Understanding of:
○ Real-time game workflows (Unity, WebGL, or HTML5 interactive content)
○ Tech art pipelines (3D/2D assets, optimization, shaders, VFX)
● Experience with workflow and task management tools
(Monday.com strongly preferred)
● Strong analytical approach — comfortable with KPIs, quality metrics, delivery
tracking.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to drive clarity across highly
technical roles.
● Highly organized and proactive — thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting
priorities.
● Understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Web performance) is a
strong advantage.
● Fluent English — written and verbal — for global communication.
