    About TechUnit

We’re TechUnit – a full-cycle digital & development agency where strategy meets creativity, and content meets real business results.

We’ve launched 50+ products (from SaaS to e-commerce and AI tools), helped clients raise over $2M, and built a team of 30+ specialists who think globally, move fast, and deliver campaigns that actually work β€” not just look nice.

If social media for you means more than β€œposting pretty visuals,” and you love turning ideas into content people feel and engage with, you’ll love it here.

    About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can turn strategy, trends, and insights into content with impact.

This is not a β€œjust post this” type of role.
You’ll shape how our projects communicate online, create narratives that drive engagement, work with creators, and test bold ideas that push our clients forward.

We want someone who mixes creativity with analysis β€” and knows how to grow communities, not just fill feeds.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and run social media strategies aligned with performance marketing goals.
    • Explore trends, audiences, and competitors to find fresh angles and winning formats.
    • Create structured content calendars + clear, actionable briefs for designers.
    • Manage UGC end-to-end β€” sourcing creators, briefing, reviewing, ensuring quality.
    • Oversee daily activity: posting, reels, stories, comments, creator comms.
    • Collaborate with the PPC team to test creative hypotheses (organic + paid).
    • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CPA/CPI) and turn data into growth insights.
    • Prepare short, sharp performance reports and suggest what to scale, adjust, or cut.
    • Bring ownership, curiosity, and speed to everything you do.

You’re a Great Fit If You

    • Have 2+ years of hands-on social media experience (agency or brand side).
    • Write and think confidently in English β€” we create for global audiences.
    • Understand marketing as a system: storytelling + performance + growth.
    • Can switch tone between professional LinkedIn and lifestyle IG/TikTok with ease.
    • Brief creators/designers clearly and manage feedback like a pro.
    • Know your way around Figma, editing apps, and scheduling tools.
    • Value clarity, structure, and creativity β€” equally.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with GA4, GTM, server-side tracking.
    • Knowledge of building Reddit communities.
    • Experience growing a YouTube audience.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

    • We invest in your growth β€” courses, workshops, tools.
    • A genuinely non-toxic culture β€” no chaos, no last-minute drama, no late-night Slack.
    • A real team: copywriters, designers, marketers, devs β€” all supporting each other.
    • Your ideas matter here β€” we test, iterate, and build on what works.
    • Freedom + guidance β€” own your work without micromanagement.
    • Fully remote, flexible hours, space to grow.
    • Join full-time or project-based β€” we value fit over formality.

    Hiring Process (Simple & Transparent)

    1. Send your CV + portfolio
    2. Short creative task (just enough to show your thinking)
    3. HR call β€” expectations, details
    4. Chat with our Marketing Lead
    5. Offer & onboarding πŸŽ‰

Salary: discussed individually based on experience, skill, and growth potential.

    How to Apply

Send your CV + links to your portfolio or campaigns you’ve created.
    And add a short note:

πŸ‘‰ What’s one post you’re proud of β€” and why did it work?

We’re excited to meet the person behind the ideas.

Shape the Future of Jewelry eCommerce

At Valigara, we build technology that powers how the world sells jewelry and diamonds online. Our platform helps jewelers, manufacturers, and retailers manage their entire digital business β€” from listings and inventory to CRM, ERP, and marketing automation β€” all in one place.

We’re already trusted by top-100 sellers on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, and partnered with industry giants like Walmart and Temu. Now we’re growing our global sales team β€” and we’re looking for people who want to make an impact.

    About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager who understands the eCommerce landscape and can speak the language of business owners.

Experience in jewelry, SaaS platforms, or ERP/CRM solutions is a big plus.

Your goal is simple: connect with potential clients, understand their pain points, and show how Valigara can help them sell smarter and scale faster.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the jewelry and eCommerce sectors.
    • Manage outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms.
    • Conduct discovery and demo calls to understand client needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offers and proposals.
    • Manage your pipeline, follow up with leads, and close deals.
    • Keep CRM updated and maintain clear communication with clients.
    • Build long-term partnerships that go beyond one-time sales.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

    • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS, ERP, CRM, or eCommerce tools).
    • Can communicate confidently with founders, decision-makers, and business owners.
    • Are passionate about helping companies digitalize and scale.
    • Bring curiosity, consistency, and creativity to your sales process.
    • Speak fluent English (any additional language is a plus).
    • Value independence, but thrive in a collaborative, supportive team.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

    • Fast growth, real product – Proven SaaS solution with an incredible 8,530% ROI for clients.
    • Defined niche – You’ll work with jewelers and eCommerce sellers who actually need what we offer.
    • No empty pipelines – We have 30,000+ qualified prospects ready to be contacted.
    • Clear, human culture – No micromanagement, no corporate drama. We care about results, not office politics.
    • Unlimited earnings potential – Base salary + performance commissions. You decide how high you go.
    • We invest in your growth β€” training, courses, and tools to improve your sales performance.
    • Remote-first setup and flexible hours (mainly U.S. or E.U. time zones).

Compensation: Fixed base + percentage from sales (to be discussed individually).

    Our Hiring Process

    1. Send your CV and a short note about your experience.

    2. Intro call to get to know each other.

    3. Call with Team Lead or CEO.

    4. Offer and onboarding.

    How to Apply

Send your CV and a short note:

What kind of clients or industries have you worked with β€” and what was your best win?

We’re excited to meet someone who understands how to connect great products with the right people.

We are partnering with a fast-growing digital entertainment group that operates several successful online casino brands. The team is expanding and looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to own and scale the entire player lifecycle strategy β€” from onboarding and retention to reactivation and loyalty.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building smart, data-driven campaigns and isn’t afraid to get deep into the numbers, testing, and automation.

    What you’ll do

    • Own and optimize the CRM strategy across the full player journey β€” FTDs, new, active, at-risk, lapsed, and reactivated users.
    • Build and deliver multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, On-site) with clear KPIs and tracking.
    • Design and maintain automated journeys with triggers, frequency caps, exclusions, and control groups.
    • Segment players by behaviour, value, and preferences to ensure personalized and timely communications.
    • Measure performance and drive improvements in retention, re-deposit rate, ARPPU, churn, and bonus cost-to-deposit.
    • Produce clear, actionable reports (D1/D7/D30 retention, LTV, NGR) with insights and next steps.
    • Continuously test and refine: manage A/B and holdout experiments, document learnings, and roll out winning versions.
    • Keep the CRM system structured β€” templates, dynamic content, deliverability, QA before launch.
    • Collaborate with Casino Ops, VIP, Product, Content/Design, and CS teams to ensure consistency of messaging and promotions.
    • Monitor competitor activity and maintain a best-in-class retention playbook.

    What you’ll need

    • Excellent command of English (C1+).
    • 3+ years of experience in CRM within iGaming, ideally at a senior or specialist level.
    • Proven success in building automated lifecycle programs that impact retention and LTV.
    • Solid knowledge of CRM platforms and automation tools (experience with Smartico is an advantage).
    • Strong data literacy β€” ability to analyse KPIs and transform insights into action.
    • Highly organized, proactive communicator, comfortable juggling multiple projects.
    • Flexibility to support occasional weekend campaigns when required.

    Nice to have

    • Hands-on experience with Smartico or similar platforms.
    • Basic SQL/BI knowledge (for quick data validation or reporting).
    • Understanding of casino mechanics (bonuses, wagering, lobby setup) and responsible gaming principles.

    What you’ll get

    • A friendly, creative team where you truly own your work.
    • Competitive package based on experience and performance.
    • All tools and technology needed to succeed.
    • Lunch provided in the office.
    • Performance Bonus Scheme and annual salary review based on impact.
