About the Role

 

 

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can turn strategy, trends, and insights into content with impact.

 

This is not a “just post this” type of role.
You’ll shape how our projects communicate online, create narratives that drive engagement, work with creators, and test bold ideas that push our clients forward.

 

We want someone who mixes creativity with analysis — and knows how to grow communities, not just fill feeds.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Build and run social media strategies aligned with performance marketing goals.
  • Explore trends, audiences, and competitors to find fresh angles and winning formats.
  • Create structured content calendars + clear, actionable briefs for designers.
  • Manage UGC end-to-end — sourcing creators, briefing, reviewing, ensuring quality.
  • Oversee daily activity: posting, reels, stories, comments, creator comms.
  • Collaborate with the PPC team to test creative hypotheses (organic + paid).
  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CPA/CPI) and turn data into growth insights.
  • Prepare short, sharp performance reports and suggest what to scale, adjust, or cut.
  • Bring ownership, curiosity, and speed to everything you do.

 

 

You’re a Great Fit If You

 

  • Have 2+ years of hands-on social media experience (agency or brand side).
  • Write and think confidently in English — we create for global audiences.
  • Understand marketing as a system: storytelling + performance + growth.
  • Can switch tone between professional LinkedIn and lifestyle IG/TikTok with ease.
  • Brief creators/designers clearly and manage feedback like a pro.
  • Know your way around Figma, editing apps, and scheduling tools.
  • Value clarity, structure, and creativity — equally.

 

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience with GA4, GTM, server-side tracking.
  • Knowledge of building Reddit communities.
  • Experience growing a YouTube audience.
