We are looking for a Middle Unity Developer to work on mobile game projects and take ownership of gameplay features, integrations, and technical quality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Unity development (C#)

 • Працювати з великим відкритим світом. Оптимізувати великі карти, щоб вони «літали» навіть при серйозних технічних обмеженнях.

 • Вдосконалювати фізику та світло. Робити картинку та відчуття від польоту максимально наближеними до реальності.

 • Впроваджувати фічі за принципом "Ship fast, then iterate". Ми цінуємо швидкість доставки цінності до користувача.

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

 • Маєш 3+ роки досвіду з C# та Unity. Ти знаєш, як працює пам'ять і як змусити код працювати ефективно.

 • Фізика для тебе — не просто слово. Ти розумієш, як працюють сили, тертя та інерція (і як це реалізувати в коді).

 • Розумієшся на Lighting & Rendering. Знаєш, як працювати зі світлом на великих дистанціях і які обмеження це накладає.

 • В контексті. Ти розумієш, що відбувається в країні, і хочеш спрямувати свої скіли на допомогу армії.

 • Не боїшся брати відповідальність за рішення.

Наразі ми у пошуку Senior Unity Developer-а до нашої команди ігрової розробки, яка налічує 30+ спеціалістів і працює над новим match-3 проєктом. Ми пропонуємо full-time формат співпраці.
Позиція відкрита у зв’язку з розширенням команди проекту.

У Mind Studios Games наша основна мета — створювати ігри, які виглядають і відчуваються сучасно, зручно та естетично.

Тезисно про нас:

Основні обов’язки:
— розробка та підтримка core-геймплею Match-3 гри (рівні, механіки, UI, івенти);
— створення та оптимізація внутрішніх інструментів і редакторів для левел-дизайну;
— тісна співпраця з клієнтом, художниками та QA над інтеграцією нових фіч;
— профайлінг, оптимізація продуктивності, пошук і усунення вузьких місць;
— підтримка високого рівня стабільності й «game feel» через полірування дрібних деталей;
— пропонування ідей для покращення UX, юзерфлоу, та загальної якості гри;
— моніторинг релізів (crashes / ANRs).

У нас буде повний match, якщо у тебе:
— 4+ роки досвіду розробки ігор у Unity (C#, ООП, Git);
— є практичний досвід створення Match-3 або casual puzzle ігор;
— глибоке розуміння архітектури проєктів (MVC / MVP), патернів проєктування та принципів SOLID;
— впевнене володіння UniTask;
— розуміння RestAPI / WebSockets;
— впевнено працюєш з UI-версткою в Unity, використовуєш DOTween / Zenject / Addressables;
— є досвід інтеграції SDK (Ads, IAP, Notifications, Analytics);
— розуміння принципів оптимізації, дебагу та профайлінгу (Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger);
— англійська рівня B1 або вище — для роботи з міжнародною командою;
— є відчуття ownership і драйв від створення ігор, прагнення постійно вдосконалювати продукт.

Буде плюсом:
— досвід роботи з Playfab, Firebase;
— знання ECS / DOTS або UniRx;
— вміння писати скрипти на .NET;
— розуміння принципів роботи CI / CD та створення білдів (Android / iOS);
— розуміння принципів роботи з Shader Graph;
— досвід побудови внутрішніх тулів / редакторів рівнів;
— розуміння UI/UX-дизайну, «game juice» і візуальної гармонії.
