About the Role

We are searching for a Technical Art & Asset Operations Specialist — someone who skillfully merges creativity with technical accuracy to improve, automate, and manage digital asset workflows for interactive ad productions enhanced by AI tools.

In this position, you’ll serve as the connection point between our creative, technical, and production teams—making sure that all visual, 3D, and VFX resources move seamlessly from initial idea to final implementation.

    • Глибоке розуміння Minecraft-серверів:

      • що таке плагіни / моди / модпаки;
      • типові проблеми: краші, лаги, TPS-дріп, конфлікти плагінів;
      • як підходити до діагностики (логи, консоль, поетапна перевірка).

       

    • Англійська мова — рівня, достатнього для:
      • спокійного живого спілкування з користувачами;
      • пояснення технічних деталей;
      • написання зрозумілих відповідей без “робо-текстів”.
    • ✅ Обов’язкові вимоги
    • Дуже хороше знання Minecraft з боку серверів, а не тільки “я грав у соло”.
    • Здатність знайти та пояснити причину проблеми, навіть якщо сам не все можеш пофіксити.
    • Досвід управління або модерації Discord-серверів.

Knopa Studio — студія, що робить відеокреативи для реклами мобільних ігор та розробляє власні ігри.
 

Ми в пошуках Unity Developer-а, який буде створювати та прототипувати мобільні ігри в жанрах Hybrid-Casual / Hyper-Casual / Puzzle: швидко збирати MVP, ітеративно покращувати геймплей та доводити проєкти до софт-лончу/релізу.
 

Основні задачі:

• Розробка геймплею в Unity: механіки, рівні, UI, core loop, meta/progression (для hybrid-casual).
• Швидке прототипування (MVP), регулярні ітерації за фідбеком команди та за результатами тестів.
• Інтеграція аналітики та івентів (для перевірки гіпотез і вимірювання метрик).
• Додавання та налаштування різних SDK (аналітика, реклама, attribution, пуші тощо).
• Публікація ігор та оновлень у Google Play Console і App Store Connect (збірка release-білдів, підготовка релізів, тестові треки/версії, робота з вимогами стора).
• Підключення рекламної монетизації (rewarded/interstitial) та/або IAP (залежно від проєкту).
• Оптимізація під мобільні платформи: FPS, пам’ять, завантаження, стабільність, співвідношення екрану.
• Робота з готовими ассетами/плагінами, підтримка чистої архітектури та зрозумілого коду.
   

Вимоги

• Впевнений Unity + C# 
• Досвід мобільної розробки обов'язковий.
• Релевантні прототипи в портфоліо (бажано запис геймплею).
• Розуміння геймдизайнерських основ: фідбек, баланс, onboarding, retention-механіки.
• Досвід роботи з UI (Unity UI), анімаціями/твінами, системою сцен/префабів.
• Вміння працювати швидко, самостійно, з адекватною комунікацією та відповідальністю за дедлайни.
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід із системами аналітики, налаштуванням подій та воронок.
• Досвід з монетизацією: Ads, IAP, economy/progression.
• Досвід з addressables/asset bundles, оптимізацією, профайлінгом.
• Досвід із playables/recording пайплайном під креативи (якщо робили ігрові демки для реклами).
• Знання best practices для архітектури (SOLID/патерни), dependency injection.
