We’re looking for a Game Designer to join our team and work on our mobile game.

You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and other team members on designing and improving game features, mechanics and content.

What You’ll Do

• Design new game features, mechanics and gameplay systems.
• Develop and maintain clear game design documentation.
• Design and balance progression, rewards and gameplay systems.
• Work on quests, events, challenges and other game content.
• Analyze existing features and suggest improvements.
• Playtest features and identify gameplay and balance issues.
• Work closely with developers, artists and QA throughout feature development.
• Review implemented features and provide feedback.
• Research mobile games and competitors to identify interesting mechanics, features and trends.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing and player behavior.

   

What We Expect

• 4+ years of experience in Game Design.
• Strong understanding of the mobile games market.
• Experience working on mobile games, preferably F2P.
• Solid understanding of core game design principles and player motivation.
• Experience designing gameplay mechanics, progression and rewards.
• Ability to create clear and structured game design documentation.
• Understanding of game development workflows and collaboration with developers, artists and QA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on assigned features and take them from concept to implementation.

We're looking for an ASO Manager / Platform Partnerships Manager to join our team and fully own organic growth for our mobile games on the App Store and Google Play.
You'll work closely with the product, marketing and creative teams — driving store visibility and conversion end-to-end, from keyword and creative testing to store events and featuring submissions. This is an autonomous role: you set the direction for ASO, not just execute it.

What You'll Do
Own ASO end-to-end: keyword strategy, metadata, localization and store conversion
Define priority geos and run a continuous testing pipeline across the full store listing — titles, subtitles, descriptions, icons, screenshots and preview videos (Google Play Experiments, Custom Product Pages, Product Page Optimization)
Track store performance — impressions, CVR, organic installs, keyword and category rankings — and turn the data into clear recommendations
Set up and manage store events for our LiveOps calendar (App Store In-App Events, Google Play Promotional Content / LiveOps)
Own the seasonal event strategy: advise the product team on which global and regional moments matter in our priority geos and how far ahead to plan the LiveOps calendar around them
Prepare featuring submissions, pitch decks and presentations for Apple and Google, and own communication with platform representatives
Stay ahead of App Store and Google Play changes — new formats, algorithm and policy updates — and bring them into our roadmap first

What We Expect
Hands-on ASO experience with mobile games on both App Store and Google Play, with results you can walk us through
Deep understanding of how store search, ranking factors and organic growth actually work on each platform
Strong copywriting for store listings and experience adapting them across languages and markets
Experience running store A/B tests (Google Play Experiments, Custom Product Pages, Product Page Optimization) and reading the results correctly
Confident use of ASO and market intelligence tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, AppFollow or similar)
Practical experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including setting up store events
Experience preparing featuring pitches
Ability to drive the direction independently: set priorities, plan ahead and deliver without day-to-day management
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good spoken and written English for communication with platform teams

Nice to Have
Understanding of LiveOps in F2P games and how long-term event calendars are built
Knowledge of cultural calendars and player behaviour across different markets
Experience working alongside a marketing team and understanding of how paid and organic traffic interact
Experience writing creative briefs for store assets

We're looking for a Product Manager / Game Design Lead to join our team and drive the production direction of the game — feature priorities, release scope and the roadmap behind them. You'll also lead the small game design team: setting tasks, reviewing their work and holding the quality bar. You'll work directly with the founders on the product vision and turn it into features the team can build.

What You'll Do
Shape the product vision and strategy together with the founders, and turn it into a concrete roadmap
Validate feature ideas against data, player behaviour and the market before they go into production
Write high-level concepts and feature briefs that give the design team a clear problem to solve
Lead the game design team: set tasks, review their documents and designs, give feedback and hold the quality bar
Drive features from idea to pre-production: scope, success criteria, priorities and trade-offs
Own the product metrics and know at any point what is moving them and why
Define what success looks like for a feature before release and measure it honestly afterwards
Follow the market and competitors, and bring in what is worth adapting for the game

What We Expect
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Lead Game Designer on live mobile F2P games, with shipped features you can walk us through and explain the reasoning behind
Strong game design thinking: you can tell a good feature concept from a weak one and articulate the difference
Track record of owning product metrics and moving them through features that shipped
Experience leading or mentoring game designers — setting tasks, reviewing work, giving clear feedback
Ability to write clear high-level concepts and briefs a designer can build on
Confident work with analytics and A/B tests: you frame hypotheses and read the results correctly
Understanding of F2P economy, progression and monetization deep enough to challenge a design
Solid understanding of LiveOps and how event cadence affects retention and revenue
Ability to hold your ground in a discussion — push back with arguments and propose something better
Structured thinking and ownership: you drive decisions to closure instead of waiting for them
