Ваша роль:

Ми шукаємо не просто адміністратора, а стратегічного партнера, який відіграватиме ключову роль у дизайні та оптимізації нашої бази даних. Ви будете відповідальні за:

Проектування та архітектуру баз даних: Розробка масштабованих, надійних та високоефективних рішень для нашої ERP-системи, враховуючи принципи SOA-архітектури.

Впровадження та підтримка реплікації: Налаштування та оптимізація Master/Slave конфігурацій для обох СУБД, забезпечення високої доступності (HA) та планів відновлення після збоїв (DR).

Підготовка до шардування: Участь у розробці та впровадженні стратегій шардування для горизонтального масштабування системи в майбутньому.

Оптимізація продуктивності: Аналіз, моніторинг та оптимізація запитів, схем даних, індексів та загальної продуктивності БД.

Розробка коду БД: Створення та оптимізація stored procedures, functions, triggers та view, що відповідають високим стандартам продуктивності та надійності.

Консультування та менторство: Бути активним учасником команди розробки, надавати експертні поради щодо дизайну БД, вибору технологій та найкращих практик.

Технічний стек та вимоги:

Обов’язкові знання та досвід:

Досвід роботи від 2+ років на позиції DBA.

Глибокі експертні знання та практичний досвід роботи з:

PostgreSQL: Тонке налаштування, оптимізація продуктивності, Physical та Logical replication (streaming, logical decoding), PGBouncer, Patroni (або схожі HA/DR рішення).

Microsoft SQL Server: Налаштування, оптимізація, AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Log Shipping, Index Management, Performance Tuning.

Висока експертиза в SQLта програмуванні БД:

T-SQL(MSSQL) / PL/pgSQL(PostgreSQL): Вільне володіння написанням складних запитів, розробкою та оптимізацією stored procedures, functions, triggers.

Транзакції: Глибоке розуміння рівнів ізоляції, оптимізація транзакційної моделі для високонавантажених систем.

Архітектура баз даних: Досвід проектування та моделювання реляційних баз даних для великих корпоративних систем, розуміння нормалізації та денормалізації.

Масштабованість та висока доступність: Досвід побудови highly available та scalable рішень для БД, включаючи стратегії резервного копіювання та відновлення.

Моніторинг: Досвід роботи з інструментами моніторингу продуктивності баз даних (наприклад, Prometheus + Grafana, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, SQL Server Performance Monitor та інші).

Системи контролю версій: Досвід роботи з Git, а також з інструментами управління схемами БД та міграціями

Буде перевагою:

Досвід з шардуванням (Sharding): Практичний досвід або глибокі теоретичні знання у розробці та впровадженні стратегій шардування.

Досвід роботи з Docker/Kubernetes для розгортання та управління базами даних.

Розуміння принципів мікросервісної архітектури та її впливу на дизайн БД.

Що буде входити до ваших обов'язків:

• Координація впровадження складського функціоналу відповідно до затверджених бізнес-процесів клієнта.
• Комунікація із замовниками для збору вимог, уточнення деталей та супроводу на всіх етапах впровадження.
• Проведення демонстрацій та навчання працівників медичних закладів роботі зі складським модулем.
• Первинне налаштування системи:
  • завантаження номенклатури та інфраструктури;
  • налаштування постачальників, видів фактур та джерел фінансування;
  • налаштування ролей і доступів;
  • кастомізація шаблонів відповідно до потреб замовника.
• Консультаційна підтримка користувачів та допомога у вирішенні поточних питань.
• Координація роботи всіх учасників процесу впровадження та підтримка комунікації в робочих чатах.
• Формування технічних завдань, описів та супровідної документації.
• Взаємодія з командою розробки та спеціалістами баз даних для реалізації необхідного функціоналу.
• Постановка задач для команди розробки щодо розвитку складського модуля.

• Розуміння принципів роботи реляційних баз даних.
• Досвід роботи з Microsoft SQL Server.
• Базові навички роботи з T-SQL.
• Розуміння структури та призначення об'єктів баз даних (таблиці, view, stored procedures).
• Вміння працювати із запитами до баз даних та аналізувати дані.
• Навички роботи з вибіркою, оновленням, видаленням, фільтрацією та сортуванням даних.
• Високий рівень комунікаційних навичок та вміння працювати з клієнтами.

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід впровадження програмних продуктів або ERP/облікових систем.
• Розуміння процесів складського обліку та закупівель.
