• Project Description:

  We build the platform, which supports client onboarding in global financial institution. This platform includes processing of onboarding requests as they flow from Clients to Sales to Operations and to downstream processing functions. Inoxoft is seeking a creative and driven Executive & Brand Communications Specialist to enhance our social media presence and build our executives’ personal brands.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute content strategies for Inoxoft’s LinkedIn, X and accounts;
• Create and implement personalized plans to grow the LinkedIn audiences of the CEO and CTO (or other personal accounts) through engaging posts, comments, and networking;
• Craft engaging, professional content, including posts, visuals, and videos;
• Initiate creative campaigns to boost brand awareness and loyalty;
• Collaborate with designers by providing clear content briefs;
• Distribute clients testimonials across platforms;
• Engage with the LinkedIn community to build executive thought leadership and recognition;
• Monitor social media trends and evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics;
• Analyze competitors’ activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategies;
• Configure targeted campaigns through LinkedIn Ads to achieve measurable results (*will be plus).
   

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of social media management, especially on LinkedIn;
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing content strategies;
• Proficiency in English (B2+ or higher);
• Strong writing abilities to craft compelling, mistake-free posts;
• Expertise in tools like Canva, Figma, and Google Analytics;
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends;
• Ability to measure and interpret key performance metrics;
• Passion for SMM and staying at the forefront of trends;
• Ability to create engaging content tailored to target audiences;
• Knowledge of meme culture is a plus!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated junior engineer. You’ll be working alongside experienced ML engineers, contributing to the development and optimization of machine learning models used in our photo editing products. Your work will directly impact how users interact with and transform their images.
 

What You’ll Do:
 

• Assist in developing and improving ML models for tasks like segmentation, object detection, classification, and other computer vision challenges.
• Work with large datasets and help prepare data for training and evaluation.
• Support the implementation of models into production environments.
• Collaborate with the team to iterate on model performance and quality.

What We’re Looking For:
 

• Some experience in software development or machine learning projects, including practical work in at least one of the following areas: object detection, segmentation, classification, face recognition, or landmark detection.
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle — data collection, training, evaluation, and improvement.
• Solid knowledge of Python and some familiarity with Bash or other scripting languages.
• Experience using PyTorch or another deep learning framework, and basic understanding of OpenCV or other computer vision tools.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and learn quickly.

Nice to Have (Not Required):
 

• Experience with model export/conversion tools (Core ML, OpenVINO, TensorFlow Lite).
• Exposure to GANs or diffusion models.
• Familiarity with classical image processing techniques.
• Interest in R&D and solving open-ended problems.

We’re looking for a sharp and analytical Team Lead who can support and scale our performance marketing teams. You’ll work at the intersection of traffic analytics, strategy, and team management - helping drive growth through data, structure, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing teams in meeting their FTD and ROI targets
• Analyze team performance, create structured reports and dashboards, identify areas for improvement
• Help standardize and improve internal processes and workflows
• Conduct research and test new traffic sources (Facebook, Google, SEO, ASO, etc.)
• Assemble and scale new teams around promising hypotheses

Key Skills:
