Requirements

What You'll Own

Performance and Review Cadences. Drive the quarterly review process. Hold managers accountable for real development conversations. Make feedback a rhythm, not a scramble.

Culture and Engagement. Run the feedback loops — surveys, stay interviews, exit interviews — that tell us how the team actually feels. Bring the signal to leadership before issues become turnover.
