Lead Generation Specialist
UDS Systems is a Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Power Platform, and Azure. Since 2007, we have been cooperating with leading European and US clients across the automotive industry, real estate, IT, finance and other ambitious industries.
We are looking for a new member of the UDS team — an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a wide range of skills.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, business and sales development
- Expertise in lead generation within European, US, Australian and New Zealand markets
- Strong experience working with IT services and products
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM, different leadgen and automation tools
- Huge expertise in cold lead generation (LinkedIn, email, groups, listings) and outbound outreach
- Experience in lead search, lead scoring and qualification
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads (SQLs) and booking meetings
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to identify and develop high-potential accounts
- Proactive approach and high level of responsibility
- English level — at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform products, CRM solutions, system implementation and/or app development
- Experience with account-based marketing
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and the competitive landscape
Responsibilities/tasks:
In our team, a Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for researching, identifying, generating and executing outbound leads into sales qualified deals. Deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 products and our services is critical to succeed in this position.
- Close cooperation with the Sales Manager, the CMO and the Marketing & Sales department
- Conducting research to find new prospects and reactivate old ones
- Identifying potential B2B clients and partners through targeted market segmentation
- Developing and executing various outbound campaigns (including special event-based campaigns) and strategies to generate new leads
- Qualifying leads
- Scheduling meeting
- Monitoring and optimizing the pipeline
- Tracking and analyzing lead generation performance
