Delivery Manager

Dataforest is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects for international clients. In this role, you will manage delivery processes, align cross-functional teams, ensure project success, and maintain strong client communication in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.

You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 4+ years of experience as a delivery manager.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Experience working with project budgets and understanding financial metrics.
- Deep understanding of the project delivery process.
- Understanding of Python, API, and SQL (optional).
- Possession of project management tools.
- Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients.
- English language - Advanced or Fluent level.

What you'll do:
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including PMs, developers, and resource functions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ІТ projects.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, striving to increase their satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets and ensure the achievement of set financial indicators.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution—from planning to delivery.
- Participate in identifying client needs and generating additional business opportunities.
