About the Client

A Danish digital platform, built on a custom Laravel-like framework, with over 6 years of development history. The company is in an active transition phase, building an in-house team locally, but currently needs reliable external development support to maintain and enhance the product.

• Smooth migration from Jira to Linear without losing history.
• Build an “Ask AI” layer – dashboards & GPT/Claude queries for instant pilot status + KPI trends.
• Replace manual status pings with webhook + AI digests (Sunday KPI summary, pilot-aging alerts, etc.).

Day-to-day ownership
 

• Map & kill manual loops → 95 % automation for weekly tasks.
• Intake funnel → turn Slack chaos into dev-ready Linear tickets (acceptance + metrics).
• Knowledge base → keep docs, diagrams, runbooks alive (Confluence / Notion / Mintlify).
• AI prompt & schema design → guarantee GPT outputs structured, validated data.
• Board health → flag aging work, auto-split elephants, archive zombies.
• Roll-out tracking → Pilot vs Global, success metrics, next-step triggers.
