    About the Role
    We're seeking a commercially-driven Growth Product Manager to spearhead our revenue expansion through strategic software
    products for hosting providers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product for Hoster Enablement, this role sits at the intersection
    of product development and business growth with direct responsibility for driving new customer acquisition and measurable revenue impact.

     

    Key Responsibilities
    - Own product growth metrics for our web hosting product portfolio.
    - Generate new monetization models and commercial structures for existing products
    - Stay on the forefront of new product opportunities through ongoing market analysis

    - Identify and quantify multi-million dollar product opportunities with an emphasis on Product-Led Growth strategies
    - Develop ROI-focused business cases with clear revenue impact
    - Build financial models to forecast product performance and revenue potential
    - Create, own, and deliver product roadmaps focused on user value and revenue growth
    - Define and measure product experiments that inform strategic decisions
    - Evaluate commercial partnership opportunities to accelerate market penetration

    Required Qualifications
    - 5+ years of experience in roles focused on driving growth for B2B software products with proven commercial impact
    - Can work autonomously given a measurable goal with minimal guidance
    - Deep understanding of the web hosting industry economics and profit drivers
    - Experience conducting asynchronous and synchronous (live) user research studies

    Bubibo is a Ukrainian-born pet-tech startup on a mission to revolutionize the pet care industry and expand into international markets.     We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 1.5+ years of experience to join our product team.

    As a Business Analyst, you’ll work with in the BA team as well as cross-functional teams to define, document, and validate product requirements. We’re building a B2C mobile app, and you’ll play a key role in driving clarity, structure, and alignment across features.

     

    You’ll be a great fit if you meet the following criteria:

    • Experience with B2C mobile applications (ideally healthtech, pet care, lifestyle, e-commerce).
    • Have a clear understanding of how business needs translate into functional and non-functional requirements, and how to distinguish real requirements from implementation suggestions.
    • Can write clear and structured software requirements documentation, including feature descriptions, user stories, front end & back end tasks with clear acceptance criteria covering all possible edge cases.
    • Understand client-server communication basics (e.g., HTTP methods, request/response structure, status codes), and is able to define integration requirements.
    • Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, wireframing tools, modeling notations (UML and BPMN).
    • You are able to decompose functionality into actionable tasks.
    • English proficiency: Upper-intermediate/Advanced.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Eliciting, documenting, and maintaining product requirements with a clear traceability to underlying business needs and objectives.
    • Structuring solution logic based on validated business context — and iterating with the team to ensure feasibility and product fit.
    • Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and domain experts to validate ideas, clarify constraints, and avoid solo decision-making when broader input is needed.
    • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, refinement, poker etc.) to ensure the backlog remains actionable and development stays on track.
    • Visualizing flows, processes, and system behavior using diagrams (UML/BPMN) when needed for the sake of requirements completeness and team understanding.
    • Support timely delivery of BA tasks.
