    We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our new project — solutions for the US based company that specializes in financial data and wealth management. Their patented software and suite of tools revolutionizes the pathways to financial empowerment with innovative and trustworthy solutions that above all prioritize our clients’ success.

    Initial scope of work is to fully re-write their end client facing UI UX as well as migrate to React - which will unlock the opportunity for them to sell to more clients and later to engage us for any customizations for their Wealth Management clients. It’s an established software company on the market, and they need to upgrade their UX and tech to unlock the growth with our help.

     

    Role Responsibilities 👨‍💻

    • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
    • Lead the delivery of a long-term, dedicated engineering team focused on developing and maintaining complex fintech solutions (e.g., digital banking, wealthtech, lending platforms).
    • Understand client business goals, translating them into actionable project deliverables and product features
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements based on business value and ROI
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through active project involvement and business insight
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering trustful relationships.
    • Facilitate client workshops, demos, and steering committee meetings to align stakeholders and secure buy-in.

    This role is part of the Innovations and Tools team which focuses on improving the efficiency and quality of QA Engineers through internal tools and AI projects. In this role, you will: 
     

    • Build tools used by QA Engineers (and other professions) at Wix, with the goal of significantly improving the quality and velocity of our organization
    • Create new solutions and take ownership of existing ones in areas of quality, dev velocity, testing and more
    • Take projects from idea to production, including technical design, RFC, coding and beyond
    • Work with cutting-edge, full-stack technologies at the highest industry standards and leverage the most up-to-date tooling
    • Work extensively with AI including LLMs, generative AI, and machine learning to enhance automation, data analysis, and QA efficiency

     

    This is a hybrid role — candidates must be available to collaborate in the office when needed as well as remotely. We’re looking for Ukraine-based candidates only. 

     

    Requirements

     

    • At least 4 years professional experience as a developer
    • You are an expert on the latest JS technologies such as React and Angular; tools like Babel, Vite and Webpack; and languages like Typescript, ES6+, etc.
    • You want to become a full stack developer owning products end-to-end and covering frontend, server and cloud technologies
    • You have a passion for tooling - you’re always eager to understand how things work and ready to dive deep into technologies
    • You’re up to date on industry best practices and tools, applying them within your team
    • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
