If you have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales for software development or IT outsourcing, know how to win clients in Western markets and feel confident talking about Blockchain and AI we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Work the referral network: past clients, partners, investors — into CRM, keep contact, get introductions.
• Find new leads: identify companies and the right people inside them, personal outreach from your own account.
• Screening, first calls and qualification: need, budget, timeline. Pass qualified conversations to the CEO for closing.
• Keep the CRM current and report weekly on the funnel.
• Propose and test new channels and approaches to client acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years selling development services or IT outsourcing in B2B, Western markets
• You know blockchain and AI well enough to hold a technical conversation with a CTO without a translator
• Written English C1+
• A track record of closing cold leads and finding clients from scratch
• Experience running a CRM and reporting
• You actively use AI where it makes sense
