    Let’s Start With a Hello

We’re not just building gambling products β€” we’re shaping long-term player experiences in a fast-moving iGaming world. As part of an international holding with over 10 years of market leadership, we combine deep expertise, strong teams, and a passion for growth. Now we’re looking for a Product Manager who’s ready to take ownership of casino and sportsbook products, turn data into smart decisions, and help us scale across multiple markets.

    Who We Are

We’re part of a global iGaming holding operating across Tier 1–3 markets for more than a decade. Our team is international, multilingual, and tightly connected β€” different backgrounds, one shared goal. We value adaptability, clear thinking, and responsibility. Here, product decisions matter, ideas are tested fast, and growth is part of everyday work.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Initiate and lead internal product projects across casino (slots, live casino) and sportsbook.

    • Improve user experience through data analysis, user scenarios, and iterative product changes.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, developers, QA): task distribution, documentation, and deadline control.
    • Collect, update, and align requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Track and analyze key metrics (GGR, NGR, MAU, Retention, deposits, bet amounts) and generate growth hypotheses.
    • Prepare regular product and delivery reports for management.
    • Build and maintain internal documentation and a structured knowledge base.

What Makes You a Great Fit

    • 2+ years of experience in Product Management (B2C web or mobile products).
    • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
    • Background in iGaming (casino, sportsbook); experience with blockchain or crypto is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and the ability to adapt processes to business needs.
    • Confident with data: metrics analysis, hypothesis creation, and testing.
    • English proficiency B2 or higher.
    • Technical awareness (SQL, APIs) is a strong advantage.
    • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and comfort with multitasking environments.

VitaUp is a fast-growing, premium supplement brand with a strong presence on Amazon US and EU. Our products are becoming Best-Sellers and compete with market leaders like NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made β€” and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Amazon Account Manager to own and scale our portfolio on Amazon β€” from launch to growth strategy, positioning, pricing, and P&L performance. If you think like a business owner, understand how to move levers that drive ranking and revenue, and thrive in high-performance environments β€” we want to meet you.

What you’ll get from this role

    • Full ownership over a portfolio of high-performing SKUs in a competitive, high-ROI niche.
    • Direct business impact β€” your products can generate $100K+ in monthly revenue, and your decisions will directly affect our top and bottom line.
    • A fast-moving, no-BS environment where performance, initiative, and smart experimentation are valued.

    What you’ll do

    • Lead product launches on Amazon from scratch: research β†’ positioning β†’ pre-launch setup β†’ post-launch acceleration.
    • Build and optimize product listings for search visibility, conversion, and BSR growth β€” including SEO, pricing, reviews, and creative briefs.
    • Analyze Brand Analytics, Helium10, keyword data, competitor gaps β€” and turn insights into high-ROI decisions.
    • Own product strategy: define how each SKU competes, who it serves, and how it scales.
    • Run A/B tests, keyword split-tests, funnel experiments, and scale what works.
    • Collaborate with PPC, design, affiliate teams to align on launch and scaling strategies.
    • Monitor revenue, margin, conversion rates, reviews, return rate β€” and report what drives or blocks growth.
    • Ensure smooth collaboration with supply chain and operations β€” from launch stock planning to restocking timelines.

    You’ll be a great fit if you…

    • Have 4+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, ideally in supplements, wellness, or beauty.
    • Have launched and grown 6-figure Amazon products, with proven impact on revenue and ranking.
    • Think in terms of performance metrics, not just β€œimproving listings.”
    • Are comfortable with tools like Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, Looker, etc.
    • Understand what sells on Amazon β€” and how to align keywords, price, visuals, reviews into a strong funnel.
    • Have strong commercial sense: you get lifecycle, pricing, bundling, positioning, and what drives LTV.
    • Can structure your work independently, drive your own roadmap, and challenge assumptions with data.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience managing Amazon products from strategy to execution.
    • Strong understanding of conversion levers, SEO and Amazon algorithms.
    • Analytical skills β€” Google Sheets, dashboards (basic SQL or BI tools are a plus).
    • Fluent English β€” content quality matters, and so does understanding your audience.
    • Previous experience in supplements, healthcare, or wellness is a strong advantage.
    • Understanding of FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon content policies is a big plus.

    What we offer:

    • Competitive salary in USD (depending on experience) with possible bonuses for reasonable turnover.
    • Paid vacation, public holidays and personal day-offs.
    • Remote work format, flexible schedule and no micromanagement. The main thing is the result.
    • Working with products that are among the top sellers on Amazon USA and EU.
    • A space where initiative and the realization of your own ideas are always welcome.
    • Option to grow into Head of Product or Brand Strategy.

If you think like an owner and move like a strategist β€” send your CV and a few examples of listings or products you’ve launched or managed.

A product that is used to create rich media advertising campaigns for Coca-Cola, LancΓ΄me, Samsung, Ralph Lauren, and many others is looking for a Product Manager who can lead it successfully with strong attention to detail.

The Somplo product team knows how to build products. Now we’re looking for someone who already has a few years of experience building and growing digital products and will have a real impact on the direction and development of our main product - Somplo CMP

    Why Somplo?
    - A product company building its own B2B AdTech solutions for enterprise international clients
    - An experienced product team: CPO, Product Director, Product Manager (different direction), and Product Design team. It’s not a one-person-does-it-all story - it’s teamwork with real opportunities to learn and grow
    - No never-ending meetings to approve a new button color. Decisions are made fast when backed by data, research, or experience
    - We are always open to new ideas around optimization, analytics, and creative vision. If you see a problem or opportunity and have a solution - speak up
    - Strong support for people with the β€œI need this more than anyone else” mindset - those who believe in their ideas and put in the effort to bring them to life
    - Comfortable office space with a sea view, electricity (yes, it matters), and a kitchen. Medical insurance, vacation, sick leave - everything to support comfortable work

    What you will do
    - Support product releases - from defining feature scope and writing requirements (in English) to ensuring everything meets the Definition of Done. For the first few months, you’ll assist; later, you’ll own releases end-to-end
    - Communicate daily with product, development, and design teams. A high level of English and the ability to clearly communicate priorities are essential
    - Define an analytics structure that provides a clear picture of product health and growth
    - Conduct regular market and trend research and turn insights into product improvements
    - Organize and plan your own work. We don’t micromanage, so we’re looking for someone who can set priorities independently and meet deadlines
