    Responsibilities:

     

    Product Strategy Execution: Implement the vision and mission of the product based on the company strategy and vision, customer, market, and technology trends. Describe and prioritize features according to business value.

     

    Requirements Management: Responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs and requirements of stakeholders. It includes functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

     

    Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog (design, back-end dev, front-end dev), ensuring the team is working on features or tasks that deliver maximum value. Organize and facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the development team.

     

    Scrum Ceremonies: Run the Scrum events such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.

     

    Stakeholder Management: Regularly engage with stakeholders, communicate product developments, resolve any issues, and ensure stakeholder needs are met.

     

    Quality Assurance: Execute the QA, create test plans, bug reports, and ensure that the product is aligned with requirements.

     

    Product Analytics: Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to inform future development and make adjustments as necessary.

     

    Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.

     

    Requirements:

     

    Proven experience in a product owner role for a minimum of 2 years, preferably in the SaaS and Data Science, AI.

     

    Knowledge of UX/UI principles, ability to work with design teams to ensure a user-centric design approach.

     

    Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies. Ability to lead and run the Backlog Groomings, Sprint Plannings.

     

    Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including QA processes and methodologies.

     

    Jira 2+ years experience.

     

    An understanding of the recruiting process, candidate management systems, and associated technologies is a strong advantage.

     

    Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills. Knowledge about web analytics, system integrations, and API.

     

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

     

    Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.

     

    B2+ English, must.

    What you’ll do:

    • Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
    • Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
    • Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
    • Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)

    About you:

    • At least 1 years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful cases of building B2C products;
    • Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and knowledge of guidelines of those platforms
    • Experience working with content creation within product
    • Strong empathy and product intuition
    • Proficient knowledge of working with AI instruments for content creation (visual, text)
    • Proficient in analyzing product metrics and enhancing them through hypotheses;
    • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, GA and Amplitude;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • High level of autonomy in decision-making, flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions.
    • Ability to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information;
    • High level of self-organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for details;
    • English proficiency at B2+ level.

    About the Position:
    Product Manager at ElevateOS (https://www.elevatedliving.com/) are responsible for overseeing the full product development lifecycle, taking early ideas from prototype through planning and development through launch and beyond.

    Customer empathy is paramount to our success, which means our Product Managers are expected to quickly become experts on the Elevate solution suite as well as the proptech industry and multifamily apartment market.     This role will work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to develop a roadmap for their product domain. You will foster relationships with sales, marketing, design and engineering to align and rally everyone around the product vision and execute the roadmap.

    This is a remote position, and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
