    We are a product company ROIFORCIO, which creates innovative SaaS solutions based on AI, NLU, NLP and AWS. We are looking for a Middle UI/UX designer who will help us make our services even more convenient and attractive.

     

    What will you have to do?

    Development of web and mobile application interfaces

    Creates user personas and journey maps for complex B2B workflows
    Designs information architecture optimized for efficiency and productivity
    Develops wireframes and prototypes with minimal learning curves
    Creates enterprise-grade UI components and consistent design systems
    Tests designs with actual business users and iterates based on feedback
    Collaborates with product, engineering, and sales teams
    Provides detailed specifications for developers
    Designs for different user roles, permission levels, and business requirements
    Continuously optimizes based on business metrics and client feedback

     

    What is required?

    3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

    Portfolio with real projects (any format).

    Confident command of Figma (styles, auto-layout, components, variants).

    Skills in working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

    Sense of style and attention to detail.

    Experience working on complex products or large projects.

    Understanding of usability and UX methods.

    Desire to develop in the UX direction.

    Requirements:

    We're looking for a person with strong deal closing skills with mid-size and big companies. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, desire to sell to each inbound lead, and be goal-oriented.

    Experience of work with tech products, SaaS B2B sales at European and North America markets is a must.

    Advanced level of English is a must. The knowledge of Spanish, German or French will be an advantage.

    Knowledge of work with Sales Navigator, Reply, Snov, Phantombuster, Lusha, Kickbox will be an extra plus.

     

    Terms:

    - Cooperation under the FOP agreement (contract with an Austrian company).

    Responsibilities

     

    We look for high-energy, entrepreneurial Enterprise Sales Executive- Hunter with experience in selling SaaS solutions for large corporations and not afraid to work in a dynamic startup culture. You will create, nurture, and close deals with Global Enterprise. Your role would be to identify the customer pain, align it to Company's offering, and inspire clients to become our customers.
