Ти будеш: 

• створювати, розвати та масштабувати дизайн-систему Digital Aurora для мобільного застосунку, e-commerce та in-store рішень (Price Checker, КСО);
• проєктувати прості, швидкі і зрозумілі користувацькі сценарії, що зменшують час покупки та підвищують задоволення клієнтів;
• проводити UX-досліджень: інтерв’ю, юзабіліті-тестів, journey maps, CJM та JTBD для глибокого розуміння поведінки користувачів;
• створювати інтерактивні прототипи, wireframes і high-fidelity макети для тестування гіпотез і перевірки бізнес-ідеї до розробки;
• брати участь у всіх етапах розробки продукту - від discovery до релізу, спільно з Product Manager, аналітиками та командою розробки;
• підтримувати цілісність та консистентність дизайну у всіх цифрових продуктах Digital Aurora;

• досвід роботи від 5 років на позиції Senior/Lead Product Designer у продуктових компаніях (B2C only - e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, retail, fintech);
• портфоліо з кейсами, що демонструють процес - від інсайту до вимірюваного результату (CR, AOV, retention, NPS);
• глибока експертиза у Figma: компонентна архітектура, variables, auto layout 5.0, design tokens;
• глибоке розуміння UX-принципів, патернів поведінки користувачів, інформаційної архітектури та accessibility;
• досвід у UX-дослідженнях: user interviews, usability testing, card sorting, A/B-тести, аналіз аналітики;
• розуміння ключових продуктових метрик: CR, AOV, DAU/MAU, NPS, retention, task success rate;
• вміння працювати з аналітичними інструментами: GA4, HotJar, Amplitude etc.
  навички співпраці у кросфункціональних командах з Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics;
